What types of food should I eat to maintain my Rockstar status?

Bottom line: Balance your calories if you want to maintain your healthy weight! Have you heard the phrase “"You are what you eat"? ”Well... It'’s pretty spot on! Also, it’s a great way to think if you want a healthier lifestyle.

Here are some guidelines to follow:

  • Chomp on plenty of fruits & Veggies the more colorful your plate is, the better!
  • Settle for more whole grain foods than starchy carbs Click here to find out!
  • Choose more lean meats (i.e. Fish, Beef Sirloin Grade, and Poultry)
  • Try Dairy (Don’t care for milk? Try Soy or Almond milk)
  • Portion control and eat slower
  • Eat more frequently, but choose healthier foods
